Building bridges. Connecting the world.
End-to-end fiber optic infrastructure for the Kingdom — from GIS-based network design and globally certified materials to precise deployment, testing and lifelong support.
Our mission
We meet the growing demand for high-quality telecom infrastructure — without the inflated costs. Advanced connectivity should be accessible, efficient and sustainable.
- (A)
Built with precision
Every route is planned on GIS, every component specified to the job, every link tested before handover.
- (B)
Delivered with integrity
Clear scope, honest pricing and solutions our clients can trust — long after the network goes live.
- (C)
Global quality, local expertise
Partnerships with respected international brands bring globally certified materials to regional projects.
What we do
One partner for the entire fiber chain.
From the first survey to the last splice, we own every link — so nothing is lost between design, supply, build and support.

How we work
From first survey to a network that simply works.
Four deliberate stages, one accountable team. Each step hands a verified result to the next.
Step 01: Discovery
We review your drawings, requirements and site, and agree what the finished network has to do before any design starts.
Step 02: Planning
The route is surveyed and modelled on GIS, components are specified against the design, and the build is sequenced.
Step 03: Execute
Crews install, splice and terminate to the approved design, with an engineer supervising on site.
Step 04: Deliver
Every link is tested and documented, and the network is handed over with as-built records and support in place.
Passive products
Globally certified components, ready for the field.

What does City Networks do?
City Networks is a telecom and information technology company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We design, supply, install, test and maintain fiber optic networks, supply passive fiber products, and develop software and websites. Clients can contract one service or the whole chain from design to support.
Can I hire you for just one stage of a project?
Yes. Design, supply, installation, testing and maintenance can each be contracted on their own. For example, we can test a network another contractor built, or supply materials to your own installation team.
Do you sell fiber optic products without installation?
Yes. Every product line in our catalogue can be supplied on its own, to your bill of quantities or specification.
What does it cost to build a fiber network?
Civil works such as trenching, ducting and reinstatement usually drive the cost, followed by labour and materials. Route length, ground conditions, whether existing ducts can be reused, and the number of premises matter far more than the price of the cable. A survey and design give a reliable figure, and we price from those.
How do I get a quote?
Send your requirements through the contact form or by email to Sales@citynetworks.co. Include the location, the scope, any drawings or bill of quantities, and your timeline. An engineer reviews it, contacts you to clarify the scope, and sends an itemised proposal.
